Terms of Service
Terms governing use of Transcriply
Effective date: March 19, 2026. These Terms govern access to the Transcriply website, application, and connected publishing workflows.
Use Of The Service
Transcriply provides software for turning a user's own YouTube videos and available captions into draft content and for sending draft content to connected WordPress destinations. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and any provider terms that apply to the integrations you connect.
You are responsible for the accounts, content, credentials, and destinations you connect to Transcriply, including ensuring that you have the rights and authority needed to use that content and those integrations through the service.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that occurs under it. Keep your login credentials and connected provider permissions secure.
We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, respond to abuse, or address technical or security issues.
Connected Providers
Transcriply depends on third-party providers including Google, YouTube, WordPress, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Those providers may change or interrupt their services, permissions, or APIs at any time.
Your use of connected integrations remains subject to the terms and policies of those providers. Disconnecting or revoking a provider connection may disable related functionality in Transcriply.
Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the source content you choose to use and for the drafts, edits, and published output you create through Transcriply. You should review generated content for accuracy, legality, editorial quality, and suitability before publication.
Transcriply does not guarantee that generated content is complete, accurate, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose without human review.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Transcriply to violate the rights of others, breach provider terms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use connected data for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
You may not use the service in a way that misrepresents your identity, misuses provider credentials, or attempts to exceed or circumvent provider restrictions, security controls, or quotas.
Availability And Changes
We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Features that depend on external providers may change when those providers change their APIs, quotas, products, or policies.
Disclaimers
Transcriply is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transcriply and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
